I partnered with a nonprofit coffee roasting company in Sweden to help them create their logo for their nonprofit. When we first met up, they shared what their company was about and what they hoped to do with their company. Together we created a mood board including symbols, colors, and images that aligned with their company values and showed the message they wanted to portray. From these ideas, I created several sketches using images and colors inspired by the mood board using Adobe Fresco.
At our second meeting, they liked the idea of the last image, two hands exchanging a pre-roasted coffee bean. From there I used Canva to create several different variations of that idea to test out different shapes and silhouettes of the logo.
From there we agreed, upon the hands with the hands inside the circles and I created a logo design based on their inspiration using a combination of Adobe Fresco and Adobe Illustrator. I ended up creating two versions of the final logo one circular for social media and another elongated for email signatures.
